"Ultima" Story-making - Part 1

Ultima,  World of Primera   -   My very first world. And since I may make other worlds/stories. I want them to be implemented in my own universe. For now let's call it the   Hand Universe.
For years i have  been planning to make this story and man it took way too many changes.   But, finally, 2-3 years ago, I finally decided to start writing the story for real. I have at the moment 23 chapters written  (I will need to review them  and rewrite them a little more).
The problem is that I  haven't decided  on how I will adapt this story.  Here are my options: Comic Book, Illustrated Story or a   Pixel   Game.
I am now in the process of making  character designs and art of the environment. Maybe that will  help me make a decision.
